Avocado, Cantaloupe & Oats Fruit Salad

Time: 30 minutes (plus time to cook oats)

Serves: 4-6


Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chilled oat groats, cantaloupe, and grapes.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, and salt. Drizzle mixture over the fruit and oat mixture, stir to coat.

  3. Dice the avocados and add to the mixture. Stir gently to evenly distribute.

  4. Chill until ready to serve.
