Hello! I’m Rebekah.
I’m wired to be busy! I mean this quite literally - my genetics prove that rest does not come easily for me. A part of me loves this about myself, but another part (aka my health) has a different opinion. The result of my nature has lead to be many seasons of stress, burn-out, and a hormonal system on strike! This is how I originally discover holistic nutrition and it changed my life.
My nature has lead to a passion for helping other high-achieving, driven people - especially women - restore and rebuild their health…and keep it that way!

My hubby & son are my whole world!
My favorite activities include eating at local restaurants, enjoying a day at the beach, and all things cooking!
I love to travel and see the world, and I do it in spite of travel anxiety. (Thank God for supplements, calming music, and prayer!)
We’re a nomad family thanks to my husband’s career. In the last 13 years, we’ve moved 10 times within 6 cities and 5 states.
I geek out about wine. Like full-on nerd about soil, regions, aromas, and palate.
I hate ketchup (gross!)…and love mustard.

To be well, you must eat well.
To eat well, you must cook well.

Rebekah Fedrowitz, MDN, BCHN is a holistic nutrition and integrative health speaker, author, and consultant.
Rebekah has experienced many of her own health challenges, including digestive issues, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and depression. It’s through her own experiences as well as over a decade working women from around the world that Rebekah is able to practically relate and help women transform their health through holistic nutrition consulting, cooking instruction, speaking, and writing.
Rebekah is a co-author of Sister, Walk in Truth, the author of the cookbook, Healthy Gourmet for Everyday, and the host of the You Are Well Health Podcast.
