I know what it’s like to struggle with weight!

I spent years fighting and wrestling with my weight. I thought I was genetically doomed - that I just didn’t have a fast metabolism or the body type to be “thin.”

I exercised and exercised and exercised.

I tried every diet I could, and even if it worked for a while, nothing lasted.

I met with doctors, nutritionists, and personal trainers. They told me to keep doing what I was doing.

The more I followed conventional diet advice, the worse I got.

I felt deprived and was constantly fighting to stay on track. Eventually, I got to the point where I hated food, thinking it would be easier if I just didn’t need it.

So what finally changed?

Turns out my weight problems weren’t really the problem, but merely a symptom of other imbalances I didn’t even know where there. Things like bloating, indigestion, PMS, and fatigue, that were so common they seemed almost normal.

About the SHED-IT Method Program

How does the program work?

The SHED-IT Method program will walk you through a 3-stage guided diet that is designed to help your body reset, rebalance, and restructure. The process starts with a phase that promotes detoxification and reduced inflammation, followed by a learning your unique ideal diet, and then implementing daily diet and lifestyle choices that you will implement long beyond the program. You’ll also have the opportunity for personalized coaching to help you tailor the program your unique health and life needs. Combined with group support and accountability, invaluable tools and resources, and education that you don’t receive elsewhere, you’ll be equipped for success during and after the program.

Weekly sessions are available in person or via Zoom so you can participate no matter where you’re located. We meet at our office in downtown Greenville, SC, and we always record the sessions so you can watch anytime if you can’t participate live. Questions for group coaching can be pre-submitted.
