Operations & Community Relations Manager

Part-Time - starting at approximately 5-8 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate additional hours as the business grows. Some work will need to be performed in person in Greenville, SC, while other tasks can be completed remotely. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for events or community engagements.

COMPENSATION

This position offers a flat monthly rate for core responsibilities, starting at $400/month, with performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to client acquisition and business growth. As the role evolves and your contributions grow, there will be opportunities for increased compensation based on performance and company expansion.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Operations & Community Relations Manager at Santé Vie: Functional Wellness, you’ll play a pivotal role in the growth and daily operations of our practice. This hybrid position combines operational oversight with community-building initiatives, supporting our mission to empower clients through nutrition-first, integrative wellness solutions.

You will act as an extension of the founder, managing key aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations, cohesive team collaboration, and meaningful community engagement. This role is part-time to start, with significant potential for growth as our team and offerings expand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflows, client processes, and team tasks run efficiently.

  • Support team management, including onboarding, scheduling, and coordination.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, client communications, and project management.

Community Development & Marketing:

  • Represent Santé Vie in the community by building relationships with local businesses, wellness professionals, and organizations to foster partnerships.

  • Collaborate on marketing strategies, including planning social media content, overseeing designs, and ensuring alignment with brand goals.

  • Organize and support community events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Strategic Support:

  • Work closely with the founder to implement the company’s vision and growth strategies.

  • Take initiative to identify and address business needs, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure timely execution.

  • Monitor progress and report on key metrics to measure success in operations and community engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership & Initiative:

  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset who can take ownership of tasks and projects.

  • Strong leadership skills to support and manage a growing team effectively.

Operations & Marketing Experience:

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or business development.

  • Familiarity with social media marketing and community-building strategies.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Flexibility & Growth-Oriented:

  • Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and grow with the role.

  • Ability to work in person in Greenville, SC, with some flexibility for remote tasks.
