In the 6-week long program starting in February 2022, Rebekah will release lessons steadily throughout the weeks to walk you through what you need to know to cook more confidently. Each lesson is designs to be watched in the nooks and crannies of your day, like the school pick up line or your lunch break. Best part, you will have life-time access to these lessons so you can come back to them again and again.

  • Skill Development

    Practical skills that take cooking from overwhelming to easy. You’ll learn knife skills, cooking techniques, how to find good recipes, how to cook without recipes, basics of meal planning, making substitutions to recipes to fit your family dietary needs, how to stock your kitchen, and what kind of supplies you need to make your kitchen feel functional. This program is built to supply you with the essential information to make cooking feel natural and enjoyable.

  • Recipes & Meal Plans

    Recipes can be a helpful tool to providing direction and inspiration in the kitchen. Rebekah’s goal is that you walk away from the program feeling less dependent on recipes, but she’ll be sharing a collection of her very own recipes and will be teaching you how can you find good recipes (that you can trust will actually turn out good) and how to create a flexible meal plan that fits your family’s needs.

    Special live Q&A sessions with Rebekah to ask questions, brainstorm, and connect with other participants to take your cooking to the next level. Rebekah provides the support you need to build a strong foundation in healthy cooking. You won’t be left to figure it out on your own!

What Inspired Cooking 101

My love for food started in the kitchen, cooking with my grandma. Being together and creating meals for others to enjoy, ignited a passion within my heart. Nothing makes me happier than helping busy women discover a new-found excitement and confidence for cooking incredible food that not only satisfies but nourishes as well.

I spent years of my life feeling like I had to choose between food I wanted vs food I “should” be eating. I thought I had to sacrifice good food for what was considered healthy. Like so many other people out there, I believed myths about what it meant to cook healthy and eat clean. I thankfully found that healthy food can be easy, delicious, and life changing! My passion is to dispel all of the misguided information out there around what is healthy and to get women to really enjoy food that their bodies need to thrive.

I truly believe that good health starts in the kitchen and in order to have good health, we need to know how to cook healthy. I hope to inspire and empower women to love cooking, love good food, and to come back around the table enjoying it all.
