Cooking feels daunting and burdensome
If feeding your family feels like a chore, you’re not alone. Throwing dinner together can become one more mundane task on your to do list, and it's easy to get stuck in a food rut and fix whatever is fastest, easiest, and most tolerated in your household. But the good news is that it doesn’t have to be that way.
You’re not sure what’s really healthy
There’s a lot (and I do mean A LOT) of not-so-great diet advice out there and even people who believe they are eating healthy are surprised to find out what’s really balanced and good for them. You don’t have the time to research, find new recipes, or meal plan but you know you need to make a change to help you eat healthier and have more balanced meals.
Healthy foods seem bland and unappealing
You want to make healthy meals but from past experiences, but you usually feel like you’re choosing between healthy and delicious. You know you should eat better but you are tired of repetitively eating the same limited, boring options. Thankfully the truth is, healthy foods can be the most delicious foods, and Rebekah is going to show you how to make that happen!
You understand the basics of cooking, but lack confidence in the kitchen.
You can boil water and heat chicken nuggets, but you feel tied to recipes and unsure if you’re following them right. You want to branch out and step up your cooking game but you are not sure how to go about making these changes.
And most importantly…
You’re ready to change all of that!
